Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Bairn mobile application ("App") operated by AS Peoria LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Bairn, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Bairn is a baby and pregnancy tracking application for iOS that allows parents and caregivers to log and monitor infant and child health data including feeding, sleep, growth, milestones, vaccinations, and related information. The App is available in free and premium tiers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Notify us immediately at hello@bairn.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Bairn offers the following premium plans:
All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale. We do not store your payment information. To cancel a subscription, manage it through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy.
The free tier of Bairn includes core tracking features (feeding, diaper, and sleep logs) at no charge. Free-tier users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. We reserve the right to modify the features included in the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Bairn. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. Our data practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
Bairn is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The App is designed for informational and personal tracking purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any questions about your child's health or development.
All content, design, trademarks, and technology in the Bairn App are owned by AS Peoria LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AS Peoria LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Illinois.
